The Team
The majority of the Trustees, staff and volunteers have experience in homelessness either as service users or providers and can readily identify with the realities of the associated problems.
The day to day running of the Charity is overseen by the Services Manager and an Office Assistant with help from Voluntary staff. There is a VMC (Volunteers Management Committee) comprising the staff, trustees and a clients representative which meets to discuss the requests and suggestions made by the clients as well as the normal activities of the Charity.
The Trustees, who are responsiblfor the financial and fiscal stability and ongoing viability of the charity, meet a minimum of three times per annum.
